Classic Lakehouse | top floor

Perhaps our longest running project yet, this one was well worth the wait. Our initial site visit was back in the fall of 2017 and we can honestly say we have never been more excited or inspired to dig our hands into a renovation! This time capsule of a house, located in the ultra desirable neighborhood of Lake Bonavista was a feast of design treasures. We tackled the main floor and top floor together and focused on creating a beautiful and classic primary suite, unique bathrooms, laundry room full of personality and of course enhancing the existing oculus.
